What the process actually looks like
- Discovery call. We discuss your concept, target dose, claim direction, flavor profile, MOQ, timeline, and channel strategy. From this conversation we provide a clear quote within one business day.
- Formulation. If you have a proven formula, we move directly to costing and component sourcing. If not, our formulators develop and bench-test against your brief, producing 2–3 candidate formulations for tasting.
- Sample approval. You receive samples, taste, refine. Once you sign off, we lock the formula.
- Component procurement. Bottles, caps, labels, and active ingredients are sourced in parallel. We hold qualified relationships with raw-material suppliers across the major active categories — including direct sourcing for kava root in Fiji and Vanuatu.
- Production. Blending, filling, capping, labeling, and case-packing run on our in-house lines. Every batch goes through third-party laboratory verification of label claims, active ingredient potency, and microbial safety.
- Fulfillment. Finished goods can ship the same week they are packed, either to your warehouse or directly to consumers and retailers through our integrated fulfillment operation.
Compliance and testing
Every shot manufactured at Sun is produced in a cGMP, FDA-registered facility under documented batch records.
